Making Your Purchase
HARRIS IT SOLUTIONS makes your shopping experience as simple as 1-2-3. After browsing our store, add the items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection and click on ‘Checkout’, you will be prompted to complete your order.

Shipping and Handling
All parcels are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders received by 3:00 PM EST are normally processed and dispatched on same day (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Please inform us within three working days of expected delivery of your purchase if the item(s) are lost and/or damaged in transit. This time frame will allow us to expedite a resolution to the issue. Please refer to your order number in all related correspondences.
It is our responsibility to ensure that we have continual stock of items promoted on our website. However, we occasionally sell out of a specific product before we’ve had time to refresh our site. In instances in which we are unable to fulfill your order (or partially fulfill your order), we will contact you with the details of the anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
