What is our delivery process?

Whenever a customer makes a purchase via Harris IT Solutions, the ordered product goes under the scrutiny process. We, first of all, inspect it for any damages and ensure that it is in the perfect working condition. Upon the confirmation of the order, the customer is sent an email along with an SMS on his registered mobile number. This message is about the confirmation of the order and contains the details regarding the order. You may further receive the notifications as your products are processed to the next step. 

After this, the product undergoes a final round for the quality check purpose. Further, it is packed and forwarded to the delivery partner. Our delivery partners, then ensure the safe delivery of the package and hand it to the customer at the earliest. You are also provided with the contact details of the delivery executive so that you can contact him in case of any query. 

How do we pack the products?

To ensure that you receive the product in its best condition, we at Harris IT Solutions, pack the products in the boxes of the apt size after wrapping them with plastic. If the product is fragile,  them we use several layers of bubble wrap to cover it completely. 

We never let our customers feel disappointed with the product or its packaging. Therefore, you can trust buying from us.

Order tracking facility 

We feel obliged to inform you that you can easily track your orders once it is shipped. When the order is shipped, you are sent a confirmation email which includes the order tracking details. Along with this, it has the tracking number as well as the details about our delivery partner. 

Delivery period

Our products are dispatched during the business days which means we do not dispatch the products in the public holidays including Sunday. However, this may vary from product to product and their availability. If you are living in a remote location, the delivery of the product may take longer than usual.

Details about shipping charges

We take only the standard shipping charges from our valuable customers. We may ship your product for free if it exceeds a particular amount. The standard charges are applied only after weighing it and the address where it has to be delivered.

Additional information:

  1. Currently, we do not accept orders on Cash on Delivery basis.
  2. In case the delivery of the product gets delayed because of some of the other reasons or if it is delayed due to bad weather conditions, Harris IT Solutions will not be held responsible for this. It is the responsibility of the delivery partners and they try their best for the on-time delivery of the products.
